Endless Love Co. provides Wedding Officiant, Wedding Ceremony Officiant, Licensed Wedding Officiant, Ordained Officiant, Civil Ceremony Officiant, Custom Wedding Ceremony, Personalized Wedding Ceremony, Vow Renewal Ceremony and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Endless Love Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Endless Love Co.'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NJ law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NJ for any related dispute.
